Minutes
Present: Rich Norkun, Dan Roy, Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Dick Edmonds, Alan Hurst, Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen
Call to Order: Rich Norkun called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the January 5th Regular Meeting:
Rich Norkun motioned to approve the minutes. Tim Adams seconded. All approved.

Communications: None
Unfinished Business
- Rowing Club Sears Park use
Jeremy Hall gave an update on the status of this. A contract for this season’s use is still in the works. All equipment has been removed from the park.
The first event on February 7th has been cancelled due to the warm temperatures. Hopefully we are able to run the others.
Meeting times were discussed and they will stay at 4:30PM.
New Business
The dog park proposal for this project was not approved by the state. The Parks and Recreation Department will be looking to put something else in the location of the old skate park. The area is currently being surveyed. There is a new timeline for the project and the goal is completion by fall of 2016.

Shawn Mullen presented program data from the 2014 and 2015 calendar year for comparison purposes.

Director’s Report: Jeremy Hall gave a report on the status of Parks and Recreation Operations
